Can you apply or not? Know Educational Qualification
PGT – Candidates should have passed B.Ed and should have at least 50% marks in Post Graduation with relevant subject.
TGT – Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks from recognized university or institute and must have done B.Ed.
PRT – B.Ed/ Two Year Diploma Graduation and Graduation with Minimum 50% Marks.

Age Limit for Army Public School Teacher Job
The age limit of freshers should not exceed 40 years. Whereas the maximum age limit for candidates with teaching experience can be up to 57 years. For more details read the notification given below carefully.

Hundreds of army schools across the country will be recruited
AWES is conducting OST for the recruitment of Primary Trained Teacher (PRT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in 137 Army Public Schools (APS) located in various Cantonments and Military Stations across the country. About 8700 teachers will be recruited in these schools. Due to COVID restrictions candidates from any affected area can appear through AI Proctored Test from home.
