There is a great chance for the candidates who have passed 10th to get a government job. Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has invited applications for the Jharkhand Excise Constable Recruitment opening. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website of JSSC, jssc.nic.in. Applications will be accepted in online mode only.

According to the JSSC Excise Constable Recruitment Notification, the online applications of Competitive Exam 2022 has started from today (25 February 2022). Eligible candidates can apply online by 26 March, submit application fee by 29 March and correct (if required) their application form from 02 to 04 April 2022. Vacancy Details
This recruitment drive (JSSC Recruitment 2022) has been conducted to fill a total of 583 vacancies of Excise Constable. Of these, 237 seats in General Category, 59 seats for EWS, 32 seats for BC, 50 seats for EBC, 57 seats for SC and 148 seats for ST are reserved.

Educational Qualification & Age Limit
Candidates who have passed class 10th from recognized board or institute can apply. At the same time, applicants should be at least 18 years of age and not more than 25 years as on 1st August 2022. However, reserved category candidates will be given upper age relaxation as per government norms.

The candidates who get the job in Jharkhand Excise Constable post will be given salary from Rs 19900 to Rs 63200 as per Pay Matrix Level-2.

Application fee
Applicants will have to pay a fee of Rs 100, while reserved category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 50.

Selection Process
Eligible applicants will be recruited on the basis of three phases examination. First of all shortlisting will be done on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test and Medical Test.
