A total of 1,664 posts will be filled through this recruitment which includes trades like Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Carpenter, Electrician, Painter, Mechanic, Wireman, Crane, Steno, Health Sanitary Inspector. Candidates applying for the recruitment are required to have passed 10th class examination from a recognized board as well as having ITI certificate (recognized from NCVT) in the relevant trade.

The most important thing about this recruitment is that the candidates will not have to give any exam. Candidates will be selected for apprentice on the basis of 10th marks and ITI marks. In the merit of the posts where educational qualification has been sought for 10th pass, 50-50 percent weightage will be given to 10th marks and ITI marks. Whereas in the posts for which the qualification of 8th pass has been sought, the average marks of 8th and ITI will be taken.

age limit
Candidates age should be 15 to 24 years to apply for these posts. Age relaxation will be given to reserved posts candidates as per government rules.
