NHM UP Recruitment 2021, Medical Jobs 2021: National Health Mission (NHM), Uttar Pradesh has released the notification for recruitment to the post of Community Health Officer (CHO) (NHM UP CHO Recruitment 2021). Vacancy Details (NHM UP CHO Vacancy details)
A total of 797 vacancies (contractal) will be filled for Community Health Officer (CHO) in UP under National Health Mission. Successful candidates will be posted as CHOs in sub-health center level HWCs to work closely with the primary health team.

Educational qualification
B.Sc (Nursing) with Integrated Curriculum for Nurses in Community Health (CCHN) or Post Basic B.Sc from a recognized Institute or University. (Nursing) Course with Integrated Curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN). Also, must be registered as Nurse and Midwifery from UP Nurse and Midwife Council and must have valid registration certificate at the time of submission of online application.

Age Range
Eligible candidates applying should not be more than 35 years of age as on 17th August 2021.
