UPTET 2021, UPTET Notification 2021: Good news may come soon for the youth who are waiting for the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2021 exam schedule. Because, the board (UPBEB) VS Uttar Pradesh government (UP government) has sent a proposal related to the conduct of UPTET exam. Hence, the Revised Schedule of UPTET 2021 Exam is expected to release soon on the official website.

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) may soon upload the UPTET 2021 Schedule (UPTET Notification 2021) on its official website. Candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website.

UPTET 2021 exam was to be held on 25 July
Earlier, UPBEB had released the UPTET 2021 Exam Schedule on March 15, 2021. According to which, the UPTET 2021 notification was to be released on 11th May and the application was expected to start from 18th May to 1st June 2021. As per the exam schedule, the UPTET 2021 exam was to be held on July 25. But, in view of the second wave of COVID-19, the officials had postponed the UPTET exam. Candidates are now eagerly waiting for the new exam schedule.

Exam may be held before UP assembly elections
According to media reports, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also directed the officials to complete the UPTET 2021 recruitment process by December 2021. It is believed that the UP government wants to conduct the UPTET 2021 exam before the Uttar Pradesh assembly election 2022. It is expected that the UPTET 2021 exam may be conducted in December.

What is UPTET Exam?
UPTET is teacher eligibility test which is conducted to fill teacher posts from class 1 to 8 in Uttar Pradesh. Graduate candidates with Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) and Basic Training Certificate can apply for the UPTET exam. Candidates who have qualified the UPTET Paper 1 can apply for the recruitment in various government schools of Uttar Pradesh to teach the students of class 1 to 5 and on passing the paper 2 for class 6 to 8.
