BPSC Recruitment 2022, 7th pay commission Jobs: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has invited applications for the Assistant Public Sanitary and Waste Management Officer posts. A total of 286 vacancies are to be filled on the post of Bihar Assistant Public Sanitary and Waste Management Officer. These include 115 posts of general category, 28 posts of EWS, 51 posts of EBC, 34 of OBC, 09 posts of BC women, 46 posts of SC and 03 posts of ST are included in reserved category.

Who can apply?
Candidates having B.Sc Degree in Chemistry/Environmental Science or B.Tech Degree in Chemistry/Civil/Environmental Science etc from recognized university can apply. At the same time, the minimum age of candidates should not exceed 21 years and maximum age of 37 years for males and 40 years for female candidates as on 01 August 2021. However, reserved category candidates will also be given relaxation in upper age limit as per government norms. For more details read the notification given below carefully.

BPSC Recruitment 2022 Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination. To pass in the written examination, candidates belonging to General Category must have at least 40 percent marks, Backward Classes (OBC) 36.5 percent, Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) 34 percent marks and Scheduled Castes (SC) or Scheduled Tribes (STs). ) category candidates will have to secure at least 32 percent marks. Objective type questions will be asked in the written examination. There will be two papers, both the papers will be of 100 marks each, which will take 2-2 hours to complete. 125-125 questions will be asked in each paper.

Application fee
General category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 750. Whereas SC / ST category, women and disabled candidates of Bihar will have to pay Rs 200. The application fee can be paid through both online or offline mode.
