MAHATET 2021, Maharashtra TET 2021 Exam Date: Maharashtra State Council of Examination has declared the date of Maharashtra TET 2021. Aspirants who are dreaming of doing Teacher Jobs, can take a step towards their goal by clearing this exam. This exam will be conducted for the recruitment of teachers from class 1 to 8 in the state.

Maharashtra Tet Exam (MAHATET 2021) will start from 15th September and will be conducted till 30th December 2021. The council has released the notice of Maharashtra TET 2021 Exam Schedule on its official website website. Also, State Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad has informed about this through his official Twitter handle.

Education Minister gave important information
On the evening of July 20, Varsha Gaikwad wrote in a tweet, “Here is an opportunity for candidates aspiring to make a career in teaching. We have sent the Maharashtra State Council of Examinations to conduct the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (MAHATET, 2021) from 15 September to 31 December. The official notice of the examination can be seen here.”

Maha Tet exam will be held after two years, more than 10 lakh candidates expected
MAHATET was not conducted in the last two years due to various reasons. This exam is conducted in two phases. Phase I will be for candidates applying for classes 1 to 5 and Phase II will be for candidates applying for classes 6 to 8. This year, more than 10 lakh candidates are expected to appear for MAHATET 2021.

MAHATET 2021 exam pattern
Maharashtra TET exam (Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test 2021) tests the maths, science and language skills of the candidates. Candidates who pass the exam with 60 percent marks can apply for the teacher’s job (Shikshak Bharti). The exam is conducted in three languages ​​- Marathi, English and Urdu.
