Railway Recruitment 2022: Railways had sought applications for recruitment to thousands of posts for 10th pass, the last date of which is near. Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) had started the applications for Apprentice Recruitment 2022 in Central Railway from 17th January. This recruitment drive has been conducted to fill more than 2000 vacancies on Apprentice Posts. Interested and eligible candidates can submit applications by 16 February 2022. Important information and direct link of notification of Railway Recruitment 2022 is given below.

Vacancy Details
According to the notification released by RRC, a total of 2422 posts will be filled on RRC Central Railway Trade Apprentice posts through this recruitment drive. These include 1659 posts in Mumbai cluster, 418 posts in Bhusaval cluster, 152 posts in Pune cluster, 114 posts in Nagpur cluster and 79 posts in Solapur cluster.

Educational qualification
Must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) examination with minimum 50% marks from recognized board or institute. Apart from this, it is necessary to have ITIT certificate in the relevant trade.

Age Range
Eligible applicants age should be at least 15 years and not more than 24 years as on 17 January 2022. However, reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in upper age limit as per government norms.

Selection Process of RRC Railway Recruitment
The selection of eligible applicants on Apprentice posts will be done without examination. Merit list will be prepared by RRC on the basis of marks obtained in 10th examination and marks obtained in ITI, through which cluster or unit wise qualified candidates will be selected.
