Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) may release the notification of National Defense Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) II (UPSC NDA, NA II Notification) today. Along with this, the notification of Combined Defense Services i.e. CDS (UPSC CDS Notification 2022) can also be issued today. The registration process will start after the release of the notification. The last date to apply for these exams is 7th June. NDA, NA (II) and CDS exam will be held on 4th September.

Eligibility for NDA and NA
For Army Wing of National Defense Academy – 12th (10+2 pattern) class pass candidates from state education board can apply. Whereas for Air Force and Naval Wing in NDA, the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Maths should be 12th pass from a school recognized by the State Board of Education. For more details read the notification carefully.

Eligibility for CDS
To appear in this examination, one should have passed 12th examination with Physics and Maths from any recognized board. Candidate should have Graduation degree from recognized university or institute. Indian Naval Academy requires engineering degree. Apart from this, the candidates who are studying in the final year or semester degree course and who have not yet passed the final year exam can also apply.

UPSC Application Form: Apply through these steps

step 1- First of all go to UPSC website upsconline.nic.in.

Step 2- Go to the website and click on the link NDA or CDS. After that a new page will open.

Step 3- Now click on the link for registration.

Step 4- After this, complete the registration by filling the information asked here like name, address, email, parent’s name etc.

Step 5- Upload your photograph, signature and photo identity card.

Step 6- After the completion of this process pay the application fee.

Step 7- After making the payment select the center and submit.

Step 8- After successfully submitting the application, download and take a print out for future reference.
