UPSC Recruitment 2021, Sarkari Naukri 2021: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released UPSC Recruitment 2021 Notification for several vacancies in departments under various ministries. Here is a great chance to get Government Jobs in Youth Officer, Junior Time Scale (JTS) and Senior Grade Posts. After appointment to the eligible candidates, the pay scale will be given under the 7th pay commission (7th pay commission).

Junior Time Scale (JTS) of Central Labor Service (Group ‘A’ Organized Service) consisting of the posts of Assistant Labor Commissioner (Central) / Assistant Welfare Commissioner (Central) / Assistant Labor Welfare Commissioner (Central) / Assistant Director, Ministry Grade of Labor & Employment: 29 Posts
5. Youth Officer in National Service Scheme Organisation, Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports: 5 Posts

Who can apply?
1. Data Processing Assistant: Master’s Degree in Computer Application or Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized University or Institute or B.E. OR B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
2. Private Secretary (PA): Graduation from recognized University with Dictation: 100 words per minute in 10 minutes. (iii) Transcription: 40 minutes (English), 55 minutes (Hindi) on computer only.

3. Degree of a recognized University or Institute; (ii) Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized University / Institute; OR Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from a recognized University/ Institute; (iii) The candidates must have studied the concerned Indian language up to class 10th.
4. Degree of a recognized University with Diploma in Social Work or Labor Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or Labor Law.
