Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Town Planning Supervisor under Urban Development and Housing Development Department, Government of Bihar. More than 100 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. The candidates who are appointed to this post will be given the benefit of salary and allowances under the 7th Pay Commission. Vacancy Details
BPACC has sought applications for a total of 107 vacancies for the post of Assistant Town Planning Supervisor. In these 43 seats are reserved for general category, 11 seats for EWS, 17 seats for SC, 01 seat for ST, 19 seats for EBC, 13 seats for OBC and 03 seats for women candidates belonging to backward classes.

Educational Qualifications
Post Graduate Diploma Course in Remote Sensing and Bachelor of Planning in GIS or Master in Planning or Master in Town Planning or Master in Regional Planning or Master in Urban Planning or Master in City Planning or Master in Urban Planning or Master in Planning from a recognized University in Remote Sensing and GIS Must possess City Planning or Master in Country Planning or equivalent qualification.

Age Range
According to the Bihar BPSC Recruitment 2022 notification, the minimum age limit of the applicants should be 21 years and not more than 37 years. However, there will be relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates as per government norms. For more details read the notification carefully.
